Light of the World – John 8:12
Sccc

“When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, ‘I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.'”

Reflection: In these winter days when darkness comes early, Jesus’ words about being the light of the world take on special meaning. He doesn’t just offer temporary guidance – He promises constant illumination for our life’s path. This isn’t about physical light, but about the spiritual clarity, purpose, and hope that come from following Jesus. When we stay close to Him, we can navigate even the most confusing or challenging situations with His wisdom.

Prayer of the Day: Jesus, thank You for being my light. Guide my steps today and help me follow You closely. In moments of confusion or doubt, let Your light shine brightly, showing me the way forward. Amen.
