God Our Refuge – Psalm 9:9
“The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.”
Reflection: When life feels overwhelming, God offers Himself as our safe place. A refuge isn’t just a hiding spot – it’s a place of protection, rest, and renewal. This verse assures us that God especially sees and cares for those facing injustice or hardship. In Him, we find not just shelter, but strength to face our challenges. He’s both our refuge and our stronghold.
Prayer of the Day: Lord, thank You for being my refuge. When troubles come, help me run to You first. Fill me with Your peace and strength as I rest in Your protection. Amen.
